1. Who we are

Boing Social is a digital marketing agency that offers branding, design, social media marketing, content creation, digital advertising and marketing strategy services.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using our website or contracting our services:

• You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

3. Services

The services provided include, but are not limited to: branding, website UI/UX, social media marketing, marketing strategy, content creation, digital ads, SEO.

• Proposals and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Any changes to the project scope may incur additional costs, to be agreed between the parties.

4. Intellectual property

• All website content (texts, images, logos, design) belongs to Boing Social or its partners and is protected by copyright.
• The client retains ownership of material provided for projects.
• After full payment, the client will have usage rights over the final delivered work, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Client obligations

The client commits to:

• Provide complete and accurate information for service execution.
• Respond promptly to requests necessary for the project.
• Comply with agreed payment deadlines.

6. Payments

• Payments should be made as agreed in the proposal or contract.
• Boing Social reserves the right to suspend services in case of non-payment.
• All values presented do not include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

7. Limitation of liability

• Boing Social is not responsible for indirect damages or consequences of using services or content.
• We do not guarantee specific results in digital campaigns, as these depend on external factors (e.g., advertising platforms, algorithms, market).
• The website may contain links to external sites — we are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those sites.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared between Boing Social and the client will be treated confidentially and used only for the execution of contracted services.

9. Changes to terms

Boing Social may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will always be published on this page.

10. Applicable law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.

Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Porto, unless there is a mandatory legal provision to the contrary.
